Brewer Investment Group Moves to 31,000 Square Foot Space in East Loop, Chicago
Brewer Investment Group announced that it has signed a lease for the entire 25th floor at 303 East Wacker Drive in the East Loop section of downtown Chicago. Brewer will occupy the 30,919 square foot space in December, when the build-out is complete. In the interim, the firm is taking temporary space on the 24th floor of the building. Brewer moved from 200 S. Michigan Ave., where it occupied approximately 18,000 square feet on the 21st floor.
